Restrict Content is a stack that automatically converts sections of your page into images, thus restricting their availability. The converted sections do not appear within the HTML or CSS code, but can be accessed by the administrator or users with explicit rights.
Restrict Content can reduce the quality of an image that's displayed on your page by blurring it (even to the point of the image being unrecognisable), it can add password protection to an image or a section (appears when the image/section is hovered), it can add a gradient to an image or section so that the lower portion is invisible, and/or it can overlay content with a stack of your choice.
Restrict Content uses PHP to hide your content from the HTML page. This works perfectly for text content, but currently does not hide images from the page's resources.
You may choose to allow access to choice visitors by supplying them with a password (after subscribing to your page perhaps) and once access has been granted, images can be displayed in a lightbox.
Content Type – Convert to image, Convert to image and add blur, Convert to image and fade out, Convert to image and add watermark
Enable Call To Action – Add stacks of your choice
Allow Access – Never, With password, With confirmation button
Field Position – Centre, Top, Bottom, Above, Below
Show Password Field On Hover
Restrict Content is currently the best solution for restricting access to single elements on a web page. It's a shame that images aren't (as yet?) removed from the page resources, but 99% of regular users won't be able to access them anyway.
